The business is driven by three 3 working directors, collectively they accumulate more than 40 years of experience in the industry. They are involved in business development, project consultancy management, Logistics and supply chain management, and day-to-day administration of the company.
The management team proactively gathers feedback, identifies changes in the business environment, reviews work processes, and communicates key learning points and company policy to all staff at regular meetings.

Mr. William Benjamin Assuah
William Benjamin Assuah is WAFA Logistics and Consultancy Limited’s Chairman and Chief Executive Officer (CEO). He has over 30 years of experience in logistics and supply and trade facilitation with Customs Excise and Preventive Services (CEPS), Ghana. Until his voluntary retirement, William was a Senior Revenue Officer at the Tema port.
After his retirement, William was appointed Deputy General Manager in charge of operations at the Inspections and Control Services (ICS), a company contracted by the government to provide support in trade facilitation and enhance customs and tax revenue mobilization. He has been instrumental in establishing a single window system for customs clearing in Ghana.
William Benjamin Assuah holds a first degree in Sociology and political science, from Prince 2 Project Management Foundation UK and a Master of Arts (MA) in International Affairs from the University of Ghana. His fantastic experience in international trade facilitation combined with customs revenue and tax mobilization makes him highly analytical and competent for the job.
Mr. Yaw Adutwum Gyimah
Yaw Adutwum Gyimah works as the project engineer of WAFA Logistics and Consultancy Limited. He has over 15 years of experience in construction project management, industrial engineering, and materials management. He works to plan projects, establish project criteria, coordinate project reviews, and ensure the proper implementation of project elements.
Mr. Adutwum comes to the table with a very solid educational background. He holds an M.A industrial Management and Material Engineering from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology
Mr. Nicholas Andoh
Nicholas Andoh is the head of Logistics supply chain and trade facilitation. He has about 13 years of experience in international trade facilitation and development. Nicholas worked with Inspection and Control Services under the Customs and Excise and Preventive Service (CEPS). He is an avid policy research and evaluation analyst with a specialization in international trade.
Nicholas has held various roles within Policy Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation, and World Trade Organization Classification and Valuation Methodologies. Nicholas’s work experience cut across the NGO, Private, and Public sectors and has very key interest in youth development, Policy planning, and monitoring and Evaluation.
Nicholas Holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Operations and Project Management from the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration. He has two master’s degrees in International Development Administration from Andrews University, Berrien Springs USA specialised in International Trade and Development Finance from the University of Ghana.
Mr. Baba Ali Rahim Yadow
Baba Ali Rahim Yadow is a certified quantity surveyor in charge of cost management on all construction projects for WAFA Logistics and Consultancy Limited. He has about 9 years of experience in international trade facilitation and development.
Mr. Rahim holds a Bachelor of Science in Quantity Surveying and a Master of Science in Construction Management, all from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology.
Mr. Ernest King Arthur
Ernest King Arthur is the Head of M.I.S. He is an accomplished Solutions Architect with over a decade of experience across cross-functional domains. He is an active member of ISC2 (The International Information System Security Certification Consortium). He is a Certified information systems security professional (CISSP) and Certified in Cybersecurity (CC) from ISC2. He also holds a Microsoft Certified Azure Solutions Architect and a Prince2 certification from Microsoft and APMG-International respectively.
He has established expertise in deploying and managing digital enterprise systems, with a focus on security and cloud solutions. Ernest’s career has allowed him to develop a versatile skill set and gain extensive knowledge in various aspects of IT systems. He is an aMS ambassador (Azure, Microsoft 365, and SharePoint): a global Tech community-based in Paris, an ISC2 Exam developer in 2023, a Tech speaker on the ISC2 Meet the Expert webinar, and ex-lead organizer of Microsoft User Group Ghana.
He firmly believes in the transformative power of technology and remains dedicated to making a positive impact through his work. Ernest King Arthur is a visionary IT security practitioner with a strategic mindset and extensive technical expertise. His passion for technology, cloud solutions, and cybersecurity positions him as an asset in driving innovation and ensuring the security of the digital landscape.
